No big surprise here, England run out winners by a massive margin to take this honour for the sixth time in eight years.

More surprising are the teams in second and third. Traditionally England, Wales, and Norway almost always make up the top three in this category, but this year Norway drop to fourth and Wales to seventh. France instead take the runners-up spot just ahead of Germany.

Interestingly enough, newcomers Italy go straight in at number five.
