She may not be the Individual World Champion anymore but the general consensus is that the legendary Elaine Trevor-Jones is still the best of the best. She now wins this title for the third year in a row and I dare say it is going to take something spectacular to stop her winning for a fourth time next year. No change at number two either where Lene remains the second favourite also for the third year in a row. Will this trend continue? Well, with Lene sadly retiring from international competition at the end of last season, probably not. There is some change at the top, though, as Quentin muscles his way onto the podium and Widu drops from third to fifth. But there is no room for the World Champion, who has to make do with a fourth place finish this time around. |
